- Contact us by phone (Adrianne 630-660-1843) or email (adrianne@princessfairytaleparties.com) so we can help you decide which package will be best for your event. Booking is recommended to be done at least 4 weeks from date of event. Dates for events cannot be guaranteed for events booked less than 4 weeks ahead.
- Payment is due in full by no later than 7 days prior to you party. After that 7 day mark, your 100% payment is 100% nonrefundable for any reason. In instances where a client or party is sick, we can move the party to a different date within 60 days. Weather cancellations are case by case. Payments made prior to the due date (7 days prior to party date), are held in a refundable status until that 7 day mark, where it becomes nonrefundable. Payment can be major credit cards or Zelle (request info).
- In the weeks before the party, you will communicate a little with us on a few details like time of arrival, how the cast arrives, as we will need your help with the grand entrance.
- When your event day arrives, we will be in touch to confirm. We will also contact you upon our arrival. The cast will bring a speaker for songs.

- Travel fees apply to parties where a cast member is traveling more that 50 minutes. Travel fee is $25. Cast do not travel outside of 75 minutes for birthday parties.
- We reserve the right to refuse any amount of travel. We reserve the right to refuse service if a situation becomes dangerous, or a cast member is injured.
- Cast assigned to a party is subject to change without notice.
- Cast reserve the right to change an activity or game based on their assessment of the flow of the party. Examples include switching out a story reading for back up game if the participants are not able to sit for short story.
- By paying for your service, you are stating you have read our party terms and conditions (listed on invoice as well as website) and fully understand.
